The 'car salesman' stereotypes are well known. By the time I reached Checkered Flag Hyundai, I was spent on the entire process....Mr. Daley met me in lot. He was friendly and polite; the exact opposite of my experience at other dealers. The Elantra Touring caught my eye. It's practical and affordable. After the test drive, I knew it was the car for me and my family....Mr. Daley introduced me to Mr. Lane. I explained my situation, what we could afford, etc. Mr. Lane was understanding and accomodating. He assured me that C.F.H. could get the car I wanted at terms that were affordable. After the paperwork formalities, I met Mr. Turk. I sound like a broken record, but he, too, was polite, understanding and professional. Mr. Turk went out of his way to expedite the entire process while providing superior customer service....I want to thank Mr. Daley for his assistance in returning my rental car (a sore subject). That was above and beyond the call of duty....My experience at Checkered Flag was superlative. I would (and have) recommend your dealership to my friend....For what it's worth, I drove the car to work the next day (Tues., May 22nd). The entire field crew came out of the shop to check out my new ride. These guys have been around the block, if you get my drift. To a man, they each complimented the car. Thanks again for everything. This was our first experience buying a Volkswagon. Since we had never owned a VW before, we had plenty of questions, and Mr. Duman took his time and thoroughly answered all of our questions.
