My experience with Checkered Flag was great. I had shopped around at a couple of other dealerships and got the run around. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Bryan Lane and Tim Daley. They were both so very nice and helpful. I was able to purchase the car that I wanted with all of the options and the amount was quoted. I purchased the vehicle which was less than the other dealers had quoted me. Tim was great to work with and went over the car's options and walked me through the blue tooth information very clearly. Bryan made the application process so painless and I was out of the dealership in less than two hours. I live on the Outer Banks of North Carolina and had to drive by other dealership to purchase my vehicle but, it was well worth it. I was treated with respect and kindness and I will certainly reccomend Checkered Flag to all of my friends. More

He was correct and the 4 other brands and the other dealerships did not even come close to the the high positive experience I had at Checkered Flag Hyundai VW. I went to several diferrent dealers looking for a new car. I found the salespeople did not stand behind the advertised sales price of the vehicles they had listed. We drove from Mathews, Virginia to Va Beach for this car. Dionne was terrific over the phone, gave me all of the information as requested and set up an appointment for us to come down and take a test drive. Bob greeted us as soon as we got on the lot. He was incredibly friendly and helpful; never once did he push us. To be honest, we had no intentions of buying a car that particular day as we were just beginning our search for a new car. No one was more surprised than we were when we left the lot in our new 2012 VW Beetle! We would definitely drive to Va Beach again just to deal with Matt in management, Lee in finance, and most importantly, Bob in sales. In a day when customer service is very hard to find, the folks at Checkered Flag have it all going on. It sounds odd for a working family to say, but we had a ball spending money with these folks.
