He was not pushy, like the normal stereotype of a car salesman. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a car. I did find the process to be slow, but I am told that my experience was normal for when buying a new car. (that is why I rated customer service as good) My only suggestion to him would be to become a little more familiar with the special features. (I bought the only car on the lot with automatic start). But I had mostly good experiences with my last car at this dealership which is why I bought my new car here. More

I was not expecting to buy my first car when my parents and I decided to go look at new cars.. The salesmen we spoke with at another dealership just did not give me a good feeling. Since I had previously owned a Hyundai xg 350 (loved it) I wanted my next stop to be at a Hyundai dealership. My parents and I helped ourselves & began looking at all the cars located in the "side" lot. At this point we did not have any assistance, which was VERY nice because it allowed me to discuss what I did and didn't like, price points, and etc. without the added pressure of a salesman. I could not get my mind off the Hyundai Sonata. We were headed up to the sales office to find someone to give us more information.. Before we got to the sales office, we met Rob. I instinctively had a good feeling. He showed me all the options, and thoroughly explained the differences and benefits of each. I felt as if he were selling a car to his own daughter instead of trying to make a sale. The confidence he portrayed in Hyundai caused me not to want to look any farther. He took the time to search for the perfect color and interior that I wanted. Brian Lane came along during the negotiation process to ensure we were getting the best deal possible. When we went to finance, we had the lovely pleasure of working with Lee Brooks. He carefully explain everything in a way that I was able to understand. He was very personable and thorough. By this time it was close to 11pm on a Friday evening. We apologized for keeping him there so late and without hesitation he made us feel that he was happy to be there to help us and not to be rushed. Once again I felt confident that he was looking out for my best interest and not trying to get "another sale" out of the way. Needless to say Rob, Brian and Lee made me feel like I joined the Hyundai family and made my first car buying experience an absolute pleasure! More

Brian Crist sold us our Tucson a few years ago. He was a pleasure to work with then and on occasion would drop me an e-mail from time to time, therefore we asked for him again when we were ready to purchase pleasure to work with then and on occasion would drop me an e-mail from time to time, therefore we asked for him again when we were ready to purchase another vehicle. He and Aran Benjamin (who assisted us in Brian's absence) were terrific. They answered all our questions and in very little time found the car we were looking for. Aran and Brian were very knowledgeable of all the vehicles we looked at. They were polite and fun to work with! The purchase went smooth and in a very timely manner. The managers and the Finance Department were also very nice to work with. This is the first dealership that I have ever experienced that! It really says something about a dealership when the same employees are still there years later! We look forward to working with everyone, especially Aran Benjamin and Brian Crist when we purchase our next vehicle! More

Bob was great! I never felt pressured or that I was being taken advantage of throughout my car buying process. I felt as though I really was getting a fair and honest deal. I went to another dealership and was hounded over and over about buying a used car with 25k+ miles with less features for close to the same price. Even after I said I was just browsing and not looking to purchase tonight I was asked to sit down and talk financing. Needless to say I did not go back to that dealership. I went to checkered flag and was greeted by Bob. He was awesome! I was able to take my time and ask questions. Bob pointed out the differences in the models of vehicles and allowed me to make my own decisions without trying to get me into something more expensive. He truly listened when I told him what I was looking for. I did my financial paperwork with Lee, it was quick and painless. I was in and out within 45 minutes. I had prepared to spend all night there waiting but walked out less than 2 hours from when I walked in. Checkered flag gave me a great deal with the car, warranties, and maintenance plans. I am very happy with all aspects. Lee and Bob did a great job. More
