I have never owned or even step food on a VW dealership, I went for a new daily car with a good price tag. I was drawn in by the cars which were on display and the prices showcased on the cars. The sales staff was relaxed and not pressing to sale me all the cars on the lot which is what pushed me away from other lots. I wanted to look at one car I was going to get the base model yet after being shown the luxury of the packages above and for the price still in my range of purchase it worked out perfect. The staff was great and the best service I have received ever from a dealership. I will be a return customer for sure. As for the price I am all about price out the door told to me. I got the car for a great deal but that still was not told to me as price out the door it started off one price which moved twice but of course I also added packages at the same time. More

Several folks stayed to make sure all the i's were dotted and t's crossed without making us feel like we were putting anyone out. We picked up the car on a day when neither of the the salesmen we'd worked with were working. The handoff was smooth, and everyone was pleasant to work with. I chose Checkered Flag because of its reputation and over two other Volkswagen dealers much closer to home. I put a lot of time and research into the car purchase and had looked at more than half a dozen cars. Our experience just supported that decision. More

Shopping for a new vehicle can be quite exhausting. I had been all over Hampton Roads. I thought I had narrowed my choice between a Ford Fushion and a Chrysler 200, THEN I drove a HYUNDAI SONATA. I wanted that Car. I was so afraid that we could not come to terms on my trade in and lowering the sticker price of the vehicle. They gave me a greater Deal than I could ever have imagined, and I drove home with the ride of a lifetime. My Sonata is not only a beautiful car but it does Everything to make riding around much safer with its many safety features. I have had many cars in my lifetime but I literally fell in LOVE With this car. Now as a female let's turn to how this dealership treated me . Throughout my search salesman would talk to me husband About the vehicles I was looking at , even though he would tell them it was my car I was looking for, this happened over and over. This did NOT happen at Checkered Flag Hyundai . They treated me with respect like I understood all that talk about engine Performance (which I did not) but I appreciated the attention I was given anyway. We met the general manager Todd, manager Tom, Assistant service manager Amanda and last but certainly not least our salesperson, Bob Rischitelli. Tom took time with me explaining Every last detail on my Sonata, programmed my cell, radio, etc. for my new car , gave me all his contact information so if I ever had any questions I would be able to get in touch with him . I almost forgot their finance manager Lee, I don't know how I could have forgotten Lee, even if your paying cash you must stop in a say hello, he is quite an entertaining fellow and also very knowledgeable .
