The dealership, it's representatives, and the vehicle are ALL TOP SHELF or a 5 RATING! The ONLY issue I have is VW Credit calculation of the balance of the lease term NOT being the figure used to calculat ALL TOP SHELF or a 5 RATING! The ONLY issue I have is VW Credit calculation of the balance of the lease term NOT being the figure used to calculate new pricing. Somehow VWC uses a value other than what is left on the monthly statement for balance due on the lease. I have traded early several times since a 1997 VW Jetta to a 2001 Jetta to a 2003 Audi A4 to a 2006 Jetta to a 2009 Passat and now to a 2012 Jetta. Yes in each case I had payments left (with a total still due on the monthly statement) yet somehow the calcualation as explained to me has something to do with the value of the vehicle. Which is fine IF I were to purchase the vehicle at the end of the lease. For instance on the lease of the 06 Jetta I used my Amex to pay $3000 which was about the amount left, per the 03 A4 lease statement, and still there was a calculation for money due based upon vehicle value?! I have been loyal to the brand (1st vehicle was a 1961 VW Beetle on to a 69 Beetle, 72 VW Squareback, 74 Superbeetle, 76 Dasher, etc)across several dealerships in 2 states and other than the financing calculation have been very satisfied with ALL vehicles and Dealerships. Yes I know I have lease payments left, and in some cases less that 12 payments left, and did like going to a newer vehicle, but I believe the dealerships also benefit as as a single adult without pets or childeren you get a vehicle back in good shape and fairly low mileage to offer for pre-owned sales. So we BOTH benefit. My goal here was to lower my payment to $399.99 or less and am a bit over that, oh well I didn't have to sign, but did so in looking at personal economics... THANK YOU More

Robert was an excellent sales associate. He greeted us and inquired about our interest. We came in interested in a used car, not thinking we would be able to afford a brand new 2013 Hyundai Sonata. We came in on a Sunday when the dealership was about to close and we were still offered full services and friendly customer service. We did not feel rushed or pressured to make any decisions, as most places will often do.
