I have bought new cars before; compared to previous experience this one was outstanding. The salesman was courteous, friendly and most importantly knowlegeable. He even programmed my bluetooth/cell phone for me. During the buying process, the paperwork was clear and timely. Mr. Turk was on the business side of the transaction. He too was an excellent man to deal with. He made sure that everything was ready and correct so that it was conducted expeditiously and efficiently. Additionally, his demeanor of respect, friendliness and courteousness made what had previously been at best distasteful, a pleasure. Prior to my departure, Mr Benjamin made sure that I met my service coordinator and also acquainted me with their parts and supply service. They tried many different scenarios and helped me figure out the one that would work for me. They were perfectly fine with me leaving for a couple of hours to think about it and even put the car on hold for me I was looking at. I called them up and within a couple of hours I walked out in a brand new Sonata, fully loaded, with payments I could afford. I bought my new VW Beetle not only because of how great the car was, but also because of how INCREDIBLE nature of our sales representative Duman Ugur. We were given the keys to the new Beetle for a test drive, we borrowed it for the night and bought it the very next afternoon. Never once did we feel like someone was trying to "sell" us something. My wife and I felt like we were part of the team walking around the showroom floor. Everyone was so nice and genuinely wanted to help us. Duman knew about the car we wanted backwards and forwards. They made the sale mainly because they had a quality product, quality knowledge of that product and a genuine desire to help us have fun looking for a new VW.
