Originally interested in used car. I figured I could not afford a new van for family of seven. James helped me out and worked with me to get a brand new Volkswagon Routan. It is an awesome vehicle. When I went into the dealership I had no intention of purchasing, but Mr. Little was extremely polite, courteous and most of all non-judgmental. Mr. Little has a character which is approachable and warmi purchasing, but Mr. Little was extremely polite, courteous and most of all non-judgmental. Mr. Little has a character which is approachable and warming he made both me and my daughter feel comfortable, it felt like he was an old friend or family. He over extended himself and introduced us to Mr Turk which was also extremely helpful, if they were faking just for the job their friendliness then they deserve an award for by the time we left the dealership we definitely felt like family.
