Joel Perry was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He ensured we were comfortable during the entire purchase experience. But, the vehicle could/should have been b and answered all our questions. He ensured we were comfortable during the entire purchase experience. But, the vehicle could/should have been better detailed and prepared for delivery. The vehicle was returned once for further preparation and still Joel had to ask the detailer for a rag to remove dust still inside the vehicle. Other than above, the buying experience was wonderful. My husband and I were in the market for a mini-van and out with our two young children (2 and 5). We found exactly what we needed at Checkered Flag. Even better, the employees were all very courteous an out with our two young children (2 and 5). We found exactly what we needed at Checkered Flag. Even better, the employees were all very courteous and helpful, going so far as to help entertain the children while daddy handled testdrives and paperwork. We came away with a lightly used Volkswagon Routan and couldn't be happier with our purchase. I am always glad to go back to a place with such excellent customer service. Amanda Beaulieu helped us out from start to finish and she was an excellent example of cheer, courtesy, and helpfullness. If she didn't have an answer, she wasn't afraid to ask someone else who would have the information for us. More

From the get-go everyone was very friendly, always made sure we were very comfortable, and didn't pressure us to make a sale. They gave us all the information we wanted to know and let us work out what we sure we were very comfortable, and didn't pressure us to make a sale. What sold us was letting us do the extended test drive from Friday til Sunday. That let us test out the functionality of the car to decide if it was right for our new family car. Joel was particularly great, even coming from his daughters birthday party to help finalized the deal speaks to his extreme dedication. Even the finance manager, Mr. Turk, made sure we fully understood everything and tried to make sure we got the best deal available to us. More

I would strongly recommend my sales representative "Jim Hanrahan". He was the reason I bought my first VW EOS, he left to continue his education and I am glad he decided to come back. I had talked with other sales representatives dealing with letter from VW on various deals but they never got back to me. When I received my recent letter I talked to him and he took good caare of me. It should be noted also that I am very pleased with Jeff Byner as my Service Repreentative as he has gone out of his way to ensure the customer it taken care of!! More
