My wife and I stopped by Checkered Flag Volkswagon to look at Jettas on March 16th 2013. Argo approached us politely and asked us if we needed help. We mentioned the 2011 Jetta TDI, and he answered our look at Jettas on March 16th 2013. Argo approached us politely and asked us if we needed help. We mentioned the 2011 Jetta TDI, and he answered our questions and gave us the keys for a test drive. We liked the car but it was a little too much for our budget. We went home to talk about other options and decided to return sunday. We made an offer, which is when Matt got involved also. Through negotiating, we arrived where we wanted to be. There was no pressure on either of their parts when we were not at our target price. Thankfully Matt brought the price down to make it work. We look forward to many years of dealing with Checkered Flag Volkswagon. We absolutely love the TDI! PS The young lady who processed our paperwork was very patient and efficient. (name?) Duman was very knowledgeable concerning the vehicles on the lot and very helpful. He was there to answer any questions and very friendly. I was wonderfully surprised by the level of care and service that I received at Checkered Flag. Every employee was friendly and courteous, but I especially enjoyed working with Barbara Collins. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. At no point did I feel pressured or hurried. Barbara was a delight to talk with - she even called me (on her day off!) to check in with me after I purchased my vehicle. Really great service.
