I had no idea what car I was looking at purchasing when I went to Checkered Flag Hyundai Volkswagen or even what options I had to choose from. My salesman, William Plunkett, was very helpful in showing me al went to Checkered Flag Hyundai Volkswagen or even what options I had to choose from. My salesman, William Plunkett, was very helpful in showing me all the cars that were available with all the options that came with them. Williams vast knowledge of the cars that he showed me helped narrow down my decision to the car that was perfect for me. I met with Randy Turk, the finance manager, after choosing my car and he was very thorough with all of the finance options and coverages that were available to me. Randy was quick with the paperwork but made sure to answer any questions that I had and to explain everything before asking me to sign any documents. I am very happy with my car and everything that comes with it. Because of this I will go back to Checkered Flag Hyundai Volkswagen and I highly recommend anyone to visit them if you are in the market for a new vehicle and don't forget to ask for William Plunkett. More

We went to Checkered Flag in Virginia Beach, VA on April 13, 2013 looking for a 2013 Volkswagen convertible. Lamont met us when we drove up. He didn't have anything on the lot but assured us he could get me 13, 2013 looking for a 2013 Volkswagen convertible. Lamont met us when we drove up. He didn't have anything on the lot but assured us he could get me one. He let us look at the brochure and showed me what he could get me. He gave us all of the information and we decided to order it. He told us it would take 2 weeks,but it arrived on April 15, 2013. The picture did not do the car justice. It was beautiful.
