Jim Hanrahan made my daughter's first experience a memorable one. He was very patient with her, very knowledgable about the vehicles and answered all of our questions. Allowed her to test drive the memorable one. He was very patient with her, very knowledgable about the vehicles and answered all of our questions. Allowed her to test drive the vehicles so she could get a good feel of which one more was comfortable to her as a first time car owner. He didn't rush us through any of the processes like: inquiries of various cars, price, monthly payments, test driving. Most importantly, I felt no pressure from him, he was available for both appointments, and once the car was purchased he sat in the car with her to show her how work all the bells and whistles that came with the Elantra Limited Edition. Our overall experience with Jim was definitely a 5, I have already recommend my family to him for their next car purchase. Thanks Hyundai/Volkswagen for such a good car experience! More

The process for buying my new car took about 3 hours from the time I walked in until the time I was in my new vehicle. I consider this very speedy. I had no idea what car I was looking at purchasing when I went to Checkered Flag Hyundai Volkswagen or even what options I had to choose from. My salesman, William Plunkett, was very helpful in showing me al went to Checkered Flag Hyundai Volkswagen or even what options I had to choose from. My salesman, William Plunkett, was very helpful in showing me all the cars that were available with all the options that came with them. Williams vast knowledge of the cars that he showed me helped narrow down my decision to the car that was perfect for me. I met with Randy Turk, the finance manager, after choosing my car and he was very thorough with all of the finance options and coverages that were available to me. Randy was quick with the paperwork but made sure to answer any questions that I had and to explain everything before asking me to sign any documents. I am very happy with my car and everything that comes with it. Because of this I will go back to Checkered Flag Hyundai Volkswagen and I highly recommend anyone to visit them if you are in the market for a new vehicle and don't forget to ask for William Plunkett.
