Two months ago I leased a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid from Checkered Flag....it was the first time that I had the pleasure and was fortunate enough to meet and work with Barbara. She and Bryan Lane, made it easy for me to come back to Checkered Flag for another purchase. Bryan has surrounded himself with a group of outstanding sales people...no wonder that "Checkered Flag is a "WINNER"!!! How can you lose, when you have a knowledgeable, friendly, work-together staff like Barbara Collins, Tom Coyle, Joel, Jayson, Dave, Bob, Brian C., Drew, Tavis, Aaron, Larry and lately Will. I mention all those people, because every time I walk into the dealership, they are quick with a smile, or a friendly "hello". I've watched how they operate with other buyers and how they interact with each other. I have recommended seven people to Checkered Flag....five of which made a purchase.....I will continue to recommend Checkered Flag, Barbara Collins and Hyundai to anyone and everyone who asks me about a car! When my husband and I went to look at the Hyundai Santé Fe's we were greeted by Bob Rischitelli. He was very friendly and receptive to our needs and questions. The night before we went Checkered Flag Hyundai, I went to another dealership and had a horrible experience, the salesman and his manager would not accept the fact that I wanted to discuss any vehicle purchase with my husband, they hounded me and I felt they were trying to tag team me. I was truly disappointed in the lack of professionalism they both showed and to me they are the face of that dealership...I would never ever go there or recommend that dealership to anyone. However, after going to Checkered Flag in VB, and meeting Bob and the rest of the sales team I was totally impressed. They treated us with respect. Bob made us feel like we were important and that we mattered. He did not rush us. He is a great salesman. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from that establishment. If there were a survey with a scale from 1 to 10 he would get a 10++. More

Mr Hanrahan was a great dealer. I never felt like he was there for a sale, but took the time too show me cars that I could afford.
