I was referred to James by a mutual friend and he took great care of me. I was a little worried to bring my whole family along to shop for a car, but I wanted them to chime in on which car they liked and great care of me. My last car buying experience was by myself while my wife was home w/ our 8 day old daughter and 2 yr old son. I told the dealership what I wanted and what I wanted to pay and to just go get it and make it happen. It took 6 hours and several times me trying to leave the dealership, but they finally agreed to all of my wants/ needs. I was upset that it took 6 hours while my family waited at home. I told them I couldn't stay like that and yet they continued to be difficult. My experience w/ Jim was totally different. He listened to what we were looking for. Picked out a car that was perfect, let us take the family out for a test drive and then quickly made it all work out. In all it took about an hour from showing up to the dealership to walking out w/ a new car. It was excellent. I also really liked how he included my family (wife and kids) in a lot of his conversation and made them feel included. I'm a Financial Advisor and take care of my clients. Jim reminded me of myself and he has won a new lifelong client as long as he continues to sell cars. I will always come back to him and refer my friends and family members to him. More

Ordered touch up paint for 2011 GTI, prepaid for it and gave my contact information to let me know when it arrived. I needed it for some touch up on the edge of my passanger door and was going to get a det gave my contact information to let me know when it arrived. I needed it for some touch up on the edge of my passanger door and was going to get a detail and a 3M seal on the door edges as well. So I wait a couple of weeks and call to see if the paint has arrived yet. Parts department has the rudest people. He acted like I was inconveniencing him by asking for my paint that I prepaid for. I don't recommend this place to anyone! More
