I found out I needed a car that morning and by 9pm I was driving off the lot a happy lady. Duman was great, he made me feel at home and was very up front about all costs. We only met directly with Duman (Sales) and Argo (Finance), so it was nice to not be shuffled around. The Hyundai and VW dealerships share a campus but have separate buildings that customers may enjoy the break rooms in either building. The Hyundai building has a great coffee/espresso/cappuccino machine and modern waiting area. The rest rooms were clean and efficient. The test drive route provided stop lights, stop signs and about a mile and a half of highway driving which was nice to get a feel for all aspects of the car. More

Lamont helped us lease two 2014 VW Jettas. He was even available in the evenings and on the weekend. He explained how everything in the cars worked in detail-really had a perfect knowledge of the vehicles, the financing and even set us up with our own service person at the end and introduced us to him so we know who we will be seeing in the future for our car servicing. Sometimes it seems in this world it is hard to find intelligent people who understand you and the process and what you are trying to achieve but Lamont "gets it." It was so refreshing to have such a kind, intelligent person as our dealer. I feel as though my husband and I were "helped," not "sold." More

The sales experience was the best I have had in the past three years. The sales team were patient and took care to listen to my situation and need. The customer is always on the back foot knowing the sales team seek to maximise profit. That's the nature of the business but why not just use the bottom line. We have now discovered cracks in the door frames to the car. They are uniform and I strongly suspect the dealership knew about the defects. For this reason my trust in the sales team is low and I would not recommend the dealership. More
