Leadership needs a total overhaul! Negation free! Not! The price of the car you want to buy may be, and you get two offers. Sure! However, the offer they give you will vary based on the vehicle you are interested in. Lee made that clear when he bumped up the price of my trade just to try and get me into a different car. Oh, and not to mention the fact my sales person and I were sitting in a office waiting for information from Lee only to see he’s on his computer with a HUGE screen watching youtube. I really wanted to buy a car, and my sales person was AMAZING, however just because you have a great team doesn’t allow you to have poor leadership! If a company really wants to have this “Different way of doing business”, Maybe it’s time to get a new leadership team. More
