Stay away from this dealership Leased a Jetta 4 years ago, was told then by salesman Mr. Duman that after the 4 years was up I could buy out the rest at no cost other than the payof Leased a Jetta 4 years ago, was told then by salesman Mr. Duman that after the 4 years was up I could buy out the rest at no cost other than the payoff and of course finance cost. Was a good experience at that point. Now 4 years later trying to buy what is left owed on the car. Went and got finance and now the dealership is saying I have to give the car back to them so they can turn around and sell it back to me for more than the payoff. I went and talked to Mike Stout, started filling out paperwork and was ask to comeback on Monday evening around 6:00. When I showed up, guess what he wasn't there. They took me to another finance manager name Leslie Snyder who sat down with us and after listening to me tell her about Mike not being there like he said he would, she said she would help. We filled out all the paperwork to buy Jetta, even gave us new tags to put on car, then set up appointment for 2 days to complete everything. Got a call from Leslie saying the only way we could do a deal is if we sell/give car back to dealership and then turn around and buy it back. I didn't understand how they could do this when I already had a contract with a fixed price. I am done this dealership, they lie, and don't care about anybody but themselves. This is the sales/finance department not service. More

Carlos, our sales representative was exceptionally helpful in researching and showing several vehicles before we decided on a 2015. He made the entire purchase process: from the trade in our our existing car, to explaining all of the dealership benefits and walking us through the closing paperwork with finance very smooth and stress free! Awful experience Drove over 4 hours to buy a car for my son...had dealt with Harvey for over a week On buying this car..!!! I had given my personal information and everything.... Feeling as though I could trust him..!!!!! Rented a vehicle and drove there to drive my new vehicle home for my son.. However I get there and the car sounds terrible where someone had tinkered with the muffler and motor and there was No Way I could bring that car home.!!!!!! Very disappointed in the staff at this dealership and all I wanted was someone to be honest with me before I drove that long way..!!! Would not reccommend this dealership to anyone..!!! I sure have learned my lesson that everyone will not treat you the way you believe they will .,!!! More
