Gene and Joy Hooks Hi there, Joy here, I was there at your dealership and was there for my first oil change, for my VW bug. Carlos asked if I neede any help, well I said Hi there, Joy here, I was there at your dealership and was there for my first oil change, for my VW bug. Carlos asked if I neede any help, well I said that I was getting a knee replacement the very next week and was maybe looking for something a bit higher for a more easy entry. Carlos was very easy going and showed me what was available and wrote up a model (not lots of bells and whistles for me), i then went home and showed it to my husband. and went the next week to the hospital and then on to rehab, not thinking much about it and for my birthday while still in rehab, he brought up to me the most adorable Tiguan, and red too, my favorite color. He was working and seeing me in the evening and when he had time to do this, I don't know, but Carlos Velasquez, was so kind and easy going and had my attention from the start.My husband was so sweet and did this for me.
