On Vacation far from home I was on vacation down at Virginia Beach with my two young boys when my 2003 VW Eurovan broke down on our way out of town heading home to Pennsylvania I was on vacation down at Virginia Beach with my two young boys when my 2003 VW Eurovan broke down on our way out of town heading home to Pennsylvania. I had it towed to Checkered Flag Volkswagen and the staff there was right on it. They diagnosed the problem and ordered the part overnighted from Knoxville, TN. Keep in mind this was a Friday in the late afternoon. The mechanic Will, who worked on my van, was amazing. He even stayed after his shift to make sure that my van was ready. And when I had another problem 40 miles from the dealership he came and fixed it so I could get home. Krystal in the service department was extremely helpful and kept the communication with me completely up to date. I wish this dealership was in my backyard.
