Checkered Flag Hyundai and Volkswagen in Virginia Beach is one of my all time favorite dealerships in the city!! My experience was at first discouraging for me, because I had this figure in my head that I wanted to spend and the reality was higher. We went and looked at other cars and dealers and it was quickly realiz had this figure in my head that I wanted to spend and the reality was higher. We went and looked at other cars and dealers and it was quickly realizable that what your dealership was saying was going to be the norm. I called to see what was available for a Rabbit or Jetta used and Deanne was very helpful. She gave me so many choices and information over the phone, that all I had to do when I got to the dealer was say this is the one that I am interested in seeing and could I test drive it. I was very pleased with the help that Jim gave us that evening and was excited that he let me take the care over night. I knew as soon as I drove the Jetta that it was the one that I wanted. The only thing that I was concerned with was that the detail people took my parking garage sticker off(I had already taken possession of the car before having it cleaned/detailed) and I didn't get a voucher for the complimentary fill up of gas(I had already filled it up since I was driving the car). But all in all, it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend your dealership to anyone and everyone. Thank you!! More
