He gave me a time that he would return from lunch and I beleive he was back before the time he said he would be. When I returned for an appointment for the protection package Mr. Hanrahan was right there as soon as I parked the car in the parking lot. I had a problem with one of the compartments in the dasboard not opening and Mr. Hanrahan was right there to get an appointment set up to take care of that.
