Bruce Mcneil showed my wife and I almost every car on the lot. I spent the previous week going from dealership to dealership to find pushy, ignorant and just plain rude salesmen. He knew the cars and SUV's, new the features, didnt try and sell us anything that was out of our price range and he took the time to explain everything in laymens terms. Went shopping for a new Jetta TDI, I was told that they were limited numbers and there will be no discount in this economy? come on lets get serious. Took my VW in for a check up after my oil light had came on just a month after an oil change. it turns out I had an oil leak, one of their techs had damaged the engine head in my car. The dealer told me I w on just a month after an oil change. it turns out I had an oil leak, one of their techs had damaged the engine head in my car. The dealer told me I would need a new engine head and that they would cover the repair. I was given a base model Beetle as a loaner ( my car was well over $30,000 I expected better). It took them 45 days to complete the repairs on my car, when I went to pick it up I noticed that the tech had damaged one of the wheels on the car. I spoke to the service manager who offered to buy a new wheel. after three months of calling them and VW corporate I finally got a replacement wheel. I wouldn't trust them to put air in my tires! More
