My husband and I were in the market to trade in both of our vehicles. His vehicle at the current time was purchased from Matt Seyfert with Checkered Flag Volkswagen however after Matt left that location, our vehicles. Because of that I told my husband I did not want to go to Checkered Flag Volkswagen to look at or purchase a vehicle. While we were searching online and scoping out our options, my husband received a call from a sales person at Checkered Flag Volkswagen. After my husband realized it was Matt and that he was back at that location, our stresses and worries related to car shopping were over. My husband assured me that Matt was the best and he was the only reason we'd consider purchasing a vehicle from Checkered Flag Volkswagen. My husband was right, I would recommend Matt to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. He went above and beyond for both of us and at times went out of his way to ensure the best car buying experience. My hsuband bought a used vehicle from Checkered Flag and I bought a used vehicle from Drivers World and we were both still able to work with Matt throughout the entire process. We will continue to go back to Matt from here on out. Matt deserves recognition, a raise...anything to let him know he is an amazing sales person. Richard was excellent to work with. He took the time to answer our questions and show us the Tiguan we were interested in. There was no pressure and we were even offered a side by side comparison of the t answer our questions and show us the Tiguan we were interested in. When it came time to close on the deal, Richard made sure we were informed, and then sat with our 6 year old and patiently listened to all his "stories". It was time to start looking elsewhere. Checkered Flag gave me a better price and the staff members at Checkered Flag were always very friendly and genuinely interested in my needs being met. Rebecca Wilson seemed to know her business well and Argo was very polite and easy to work with. I just took possession of my Jetta TDI Sportwagen and I love the car. Time will tell if our business relationship goes well, but I have every indication I will be pleased over the years to come. More

Our overall experience was great. We knew exactly the vehicle that we wanted to purchase. Unfortunately, the specific vehicle was difficult to find in the area. We had to pay extra to have it shipped t vehicle that we wanted to purchase. Unfortunately, the specific vehicle was difficult to find in the area. We had to pay extra to have it shipped to us from TN. We were quoted the price would be $600. It was actually closer to $900. We obviously paid the charges. We were just disappointed that the estimate wasn't more accurate. I suppose it is the price you pay to be picky. We enjoyed working with Checkered Flag and with Matt Seyfert. I would definitely recommend friends and family to visit the dealership for their next vehicle. More

This was my first experience with a Checkered Flag dealership. It was a good encounter from beginning to end. When my husband and I came to the dealership, with serious intentions to purchase, the treatment was both friendly and professional. We feel that we left with a very good vechile and a fair price.
