Richard was excellent to work with. He took the time to answer our questions and show us the Tiguan we were interested in. There was no pressure and we were even offered a side by side comparison of the t answer our questions and show us the Tiguan we were interested in. Our overall experience was great. We knew exactly the vehicle that we wanted to purchase. Unfortunately, the specific vehicle was difficult to find in the area. We had to pay extra to have it shipped t vehicle that we wanted to purchase. Unfortunately, the specific vehicle was difficult to find in the area. We had to pay extra to have it shipped to us from TN. We were quoted the price would be $600. It was actually closer to $900. We obviously paid the charges. We were just disappointed that the estimate wasn't more accurate. I suppose it is the price you pay to be picky. We enjoyed working with Checkered Flag and with Matt Seyfert. I would definitely recommend friends and family to visit the dealership for their next vehicle. More

This was my first experience with a Checkered Flag dealership. It was a good encounter from beginning to end. When my husband and I came to the dealership, with serious intentions to purchase, the treatment was both friendly and professional. We feel that we left with a very good vechile and a fair price.
