I must say this car buying experience was far superior to any other I have ever encountered. The staff members I dealt with were extremely professional and knowlegable about their cars. It only took me a few minutes to become totally relaxed, realizing they were primarily customer oriented and wanted me to have a great car buying experience. Mr. Herbert Okine was the sales professional primarily responsible for helping me through the process. At no time did he ever make me feel pressured or uncomfortable. He was exceptionaly professional in every respect and clearly had my interest at heart as well as the company's interest. As a result, I knew I was dealing with an honest company and I would leave with exactly what I wanted at a very fair price. This feeling carried forward when I talked to the Finance Manager, Mr. Lee Brooks. This was a big seller for me cause when I talked to him at first he explained alot of things to me that I wasnt 100% on. The next day I brought my wife to him and bought her a new accent. The day after that I went in a bought mine. A week or two later I took my friend to him cause my friend needed a new car bad and Herbie was able to hook him up. Im a guy who hates to be bothered when im shopping and does not like to get pushed into buying a car, but Herbie did not do either of those. My husband and I pulled into the Hyundai dealership one evening on a whim while looking for a new vehicle. Our initial impression turned out to be correct. Scott was polite, knowledgable, and very patient in assisting us with information. After looking over a couple different models, we decided that the Elantra best suited our needs. We ended up driving off the lot in a blue 2010 Elantra. Dealer Rating: 1. Customer service: We had some further questions later on as to the service/pm for the car. Scott immediately scheduled us to meet with another associate to iron out some finer details. 2.
