This was my first experience buying a car from a dealership and Jon Parker made it very comfortable for me during the process. The thing I really like about the whole experience is that Jon Parker dealership and Jon Parker made it very comfortable for me during the process. The thing I really like about the whole experience is that Jon Parker encouraged me to call him even when he wasn't working if I had any questions and concerns about the car. The dealership is also very tolerant about making appointment because of my busy schedule I never know if I can make the appointment and if I can't they are more then willing to re-schedule it for a better time. I really like that Jon Parker would get all the paper work ready for me when I was out to sea so that when I returned I would have the smoothest time at the dealership even if I slowed them down with all my questions they were always willing to help. Overall my experience was good and I look forward to going back for my appointments. More

My husband and I stopped by Checkered Flag Hyundai Volkswagen while spending a Friday shopping. We had been doing a lot of research on the Sonata and decided it was time to take a test drive. We were met by Stephen in the parking lot after we had looked around at some of the colors and options that were available. Stephen quickly got the key to one that had caught our eye and we were off on a test drive. We loved the car, but were still undecided if we were ready to trade in our vehicle that was paid off. Stephen showed us all the options that were available and discussed what we wanted to do. We wanted to think about it over the weekend to be sure we were ready to make the purchase. Of course...no dealership wants you to walk out the door, but our decision was respected. We returned on Monday and purchased our 2011 Sonota!! The sale staff was great including the Managers. The service department was horrible because car was delivered with issues and they did not communicate well with me.
