I felt welcome the minute I walked in. Jon took me right out into the yard and we started looking at cars. The only reason I bought my car at Checkered Flag Hyundai was due to the saleperson: Barbara Collins. I had no luck in finding this type of car within a 9-state area bordering Oklahoma. I called dealership after dealership. Most treated me like a prank call when I told them I was calling from Oklahoma. Not Barbara. She went to work. Within a week, she had secured my "dream vehicle" off a truck enroute to another dealership. She pre-arranged my financing within minutes. I flew out to Norfolk airport from Oklahoma City and Barbara picked me up, drove me to the dealership, and introduced me to my new car. What a fantastic experience I had. If I had it to do all over again, I wouldn't hesitate one second. And I certainly wouldn't let anyone BUT Barbara take care of me. She was fantastic! By the way, the trip home on Interstate 40 from Virginia was a dream. I averaged 36.7 mpg in my new Elantra. Satisfied? You bet your bottom dollar I am!!!! More
