He listened to our concerns about what we were looking for in a car, but also what we weren't looking for in a dealer. (We have had nightmarish experiences with Southern Kia on Lynnhaven Pkwy. We were fond of the manufacturer but not the dealer.) Steven showed us several models both in Volkswagen and in Hyundai. When he showed us the Azera, we had found what we were looking for. Great customer service I needed a reliable affordable car, so within basically one day I was driving one off the lot thanks to Aali! It was my first time leasing. Aali was very helpful with how everything worked and making sure I stayed within my budget. On Friday we talked on the phone (since I would be traveling an hour and a half to purchase the car) to get all the paperwork settled and making sure I brought everything I needed and was happy with the car. Saturday when we got there everything went wonderful :) Aali was at the front door to greet us, show the car, and get everything rolling ! Overall everything went great!
