As far as the car buying experience itself, it was a great experience. My problem is with the service. Every time I try to get my car in to be serviced it takes a month or month and a half to get it in great experience. My problem is with the service. Now the navigation system Isn’t working as well as most of the blue link and they told me that I need a new radio I had it in there on December 28 and they were suppose to order a radio and I called to find out why it’s taken so long today and no radio was ever ordered Just not a good experience with the service department at all. The service advisors name is Seth and I’ve called him numerous times to see what’s going on and he’s never in the office or he just doesn’t return my phone calls when I leave a message as I said just now had a good experience with the service department. At the moment he approached me I felt like I was home and I knew he would take great care of me with no hassle what so ever. From start to finish he ensure that the streamline with the process was so easy amd he kept in constance contact with me. The brakes was a little bad and he made sure that they was fixed and safe before I even purchased the vehicle. If I have anybody in my circle that needs a car he would be the first person that comes to mind cause I know he will take great care of them.
