On Saturday 4/13/13 I drive to Checkered Flag Volkswagen. I was going to test drive the Jetta's. I got there at 9:45. Walked into the dealer show room and walked past 3 salesmen and no one talked to me. I was going to test drive the Jetta's. I got there at 9:45. Walked into the dealer show room and walked past 3 salesmen and no one talked to me. Walked out and walked around and looked at every car on the lot. Still no one came out to talk to me. So I walked next store to Checkered Flag Hyundai. Though ok let me see what they have. Never cheeked out a Hyundai before. Before I even got to the show room Mr Joel Perry came out and introduced himself to me. Mr Perry was extremely friendly and offered to show me all the Hyundai models. He is very knowledgeable about the features and explained all my questions in a clear and understandable way. He offered for me to test drive several models at which point I took him up and drove several. I told him that I would want to have my wife test drive them also. He said fine and I said you do some figure work and when we get back we might talk. Wife and I returned where she drove several models and we both agreed that the Elantra was the best fit and nicest model for us. We did some negotiating and agreed on a price. At which point we were handed off to the business manager. Our total experience was EXCELLENT. More

Travis Wilson was very helpful on both our visit to Checker Flag Hyundai dealer. The first visit we told him we were just looking I did not want to do a test drive yet as I said we were just looking an Checker Flag Hyundai dealer. The first visit we told him we were just looking I did not want to do a test drive yet as I said we were just looking and he respected that. When we came back we had nail it down to four cars and it was test drive day. They were number three when we got there and still had Ford to go . I test drove the Elantra it was not the limited I was looking for but I got idea how it would drive and ride. It's kind of funny when I looked back now, I had told my husband that's what I wanted to begin with. They just had a car come in off the truck. Very pleased with Checkered Flag Hyundai. Mr Griffin was an excellent salesperson. He was very friendly, professional and there were no high pressure sales techniques used.
