I returned to Hyndai after looking at ALL other makes, because my last Sonata was so reliable. Bob was patient, trustworthy and a true joy to work with. On Saturday 4/13/13 I drive to Checkered Flag Volkswagen. I was going to test drive the Jetta's. I got there at 9:45. Walked into the dealer show room and walked past 3 salesmen and no one talked to me. I was going to test drive the Jetta's. I got there at 9:45. Walked into the dealer show room and walked past 3 salesmen and no one talked to me. Walked out and walked around and looked at every car on the lot. Still no one came out to talk to me. So I walked next store to Checkered Flag Hyundai. Though ok let me see what they have. Never cheeked out a Hyundai before. Before I even got to the show room Mr Joel Perry came out and introduced himself to me. Mr Perry was extremely friendly and offered to show me all the Hyundai models. He is very knowledgeable about the features and explained all my questions in a clear and understandable way. He offered for me to test drive several models at which point I took him up and drove several. I told him that I would want to have my wife test drive them also. He said fine and I said you do some figure work and when we get back we might talk. Wife and I returned where she drove several models and we both agreed that the Elantra was the best fit and nicest model for us. We did some negotiating and agreed on a price. At which point we were handed off to the business manager. Our total experience was EXCELLENT. More
