When we (my daughter and I) pulled up into the lot everyone seemed pleased to see us, we received a cheery hello from all. Same thing when we went into the showroom/offices. Bob Rischitelli greeted us, he was friendly, courteous and most importantly knowledgeable and patient. As we worked our way through the various operations of buying an auto Bob introduced us to each employee so that we felt comfortable and not just shunted around. All the employees appeared to like and respect each other which is another plus. Buying an automobile is not a frequent occurrence for me but this was altogether a pleasant experience, so, thank you Bob!
