Honestly, we were in the market for a used vehicle, but part of the reason we ended up with a new one was because we loved that the actual price we would pay was clearly stated on the sticker. There was no back and forth haggling. The other reason was our sales associate. We never felt pressured and he genuinely only seemed interested in finding us the options we were looking for and staying within our budget. Jeff truly was concerned with our family's needs and provided us with the information we needed to make a decision. We believe we found the perfect vehicle; it had exactly what we wanted with nothing we didn't need. He also took the time to show us how everything worked and set up our blue tooth. He stayed after everyone had left that night to make sure our vehicle was delivered in perfect condition! I am still in awe of how smoothly buying a new car was and Jeff was entirely the reason for it! More
