Carl was very patient while he basically paraded a bunch of Odyssey's in front of us while we found something not to like about each of them. Finally we settled on the Touring Elite and while most people's instincts would be to sigh or to say "finally" or remarks of the kind, I never heard any of this from Carl. He is a great guy and an awesome and extremely helpful sales person. At no time did he put excess pressure on us to buy. More
