Me and my wife purchased a 2011 Honda Fit (new) from Brad Comess at Checkered Flag Honda. The experience was so streamlined and pleasant that I came back by myself to purchase another vehicle, and asked spec Comess at Checkered Flag Honda. I came back because I needed to trade-in my two-door vehicle for a four-door vehicle due to my infant's car-seat situation. I went to purchase a used car to keep myself financially secure for the future (less payments). I intended to get an '07 vehicle with about 60k miles since I was trading in this type of vehicle, but ended up getting a '10 vehicle with 30k miles. This was a better deal because Brad worked with me patiently, and helped me to make my purchase more affordable. Most of all, I drove away with a vehicle that fit my situation better and will last me a long time to come. Out of all dealerships I've ever worked with, I felt the most comfortable with this one. Most dealerships 'push' you to your decision. I did not have that at this dealership. That made a big difference in my decision to purchase a vehicle at this specific dealership. Going to buy a car has always been a dreadful experience for me, but I felt at ease here, and Brad was very personable. Nobody had me do anything I didn't want to do. I knew exactly what I wanted when I got there, and everyone worked with me on that. The only gripe I had was that Brad took me to see 2012 cars right away, when I specifically said I was looking for a used car, and gave reason of why. I should have got more for my trade-in vehicle. I had an emotional attachment to the car I was trading in since I never intended to ever trade it in. To see my car valued so low has placed a mark on this experience. Warranty extensions were too expensive. This I regretted as well. I did not purchase any extras because I can get a better warranty somewhere else. More
