Until I sat down to complete the final paperwork, I was thoroughly impressed with Checkered Flag. Unfortunately, when we sat down to complete the financing, it became apparent that the certified used car thoroughly impressed with Checkered Flag. After a long while of back and forth between various employees, Mr. Anderson stepped into the situation and had the car re-certified at the same price, and the transaction continued. With the exception of this lack of communication regarding the certification status of the vehicle, my experience with Checkered Flag has been amazing! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. We went to a few dealers before going to Checkered Flag Honda. Most of the experiences were OK. Some salesman were very pushy trying to get me into a certain car. When we got to Checkered Flag Honda, we were greated by a sales person named Al Flores. Al was one of the friendliest people we have ever met. We told him we were looking for a van for our family. He took his time to show us almost 15 different vans, offering to test drive each of them if we wanted. He was not pushy in any way, trying to get us to buy something then and there. I loved the relaxed an no pressure feeling he had with us. He even worked past his work ours with us, with still no rushed feeling. We settled on a van we liked, and he helped us find out the best way to pay so we could drive home that night. It was such a great experience that we will go back to Checkered Flag Honda the next time we buy a vehicle! Thanks again Al! More
