Vernon has sold me two cars and most importantly my first BRAND NEW car!! And the only person I would ever feel comfortable buying a car from. He always go above and beyond. Also I love when he calls me on my birthday to sing happy birthday on my voicemail. Most importantly he makes me feel like a VIP client even when I bought a nine year old truck that was under $10,000. Next time though I want a some free stuff i.e car washes or oil changes??? Something??? BUT Vernon did tell me about the honda website where I could get a couple of goodies for free. All in all he's the BEST!!! More

Paul was AWESOME. I was sooooo tired of going to car dealers and giving me the usual "car salesman" speal. Paul from the get go let us look at the car by ourselves. When I got ready to go, Paul took me out to my brand new, beautiful polished car. The young man made sure there wasnt a speck on it (I don't know his name,but he made the care look perfect). Paul made sure I was buckled in and new where to go and what to do. Oh yeah, he also endulged me and got in some pictures for my scrapbook. The sales manager also spoke with us. He spent a great deal of time with me (at first I thought I wanted a Civic, but I later changed my mind to an Accord), and he explained all of the features of each model patiently, allowing me to return demonstration of many of the features. He was very kind, respectful, and friendly throughout the entire process- I must say far superior to any car salesman I've ever dealt with, and I've purchased many new cars over the past 35 years. Without a doubt, Checkered Flag Honda's management, Service Department (David and Terry, in particular), and Benjamin Mungaithi all have my respect and appreciation for their excellence in service. Kristi Fermeil, in the Business Office, was also efficient and very professional in her manner.
