This was my first experience buying a new car. Randy was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and left nothing unsaid. I was guided through the purchasing process and even given helpful advice on changing m very knowledgeable about the vehicle and left nothing unsaid. In fact we originally looked at another Honda dealership but were very unsatisfied with the customer service. Checkered Flag was the best route to go! More

I feel like I have to correct my first review of this dealership. I originally wrote one on May 2, 2012 giving this dealership a glowing review, but that has since changed. I originally purchased my vehicle on 27 April 2012 which was a Friday night. I had accessories added so I knew it would take a few days with it being the weekend. I was assured that it would be complete on Tuesday at the latest. Come Tuesday I had not heard from my salesman until I called and he informed me that all the parts just arrived and that it would be ready on Thursday afternoon. So, come Thursday afternoon I had not heard from anybody so AGAIN I called to check the status and was informed that it WAS NOT COMPLETE! I called back AGAIN Friday and because I could not get in touch with the salesman I called the service department who had the new car sales manager call me. He called me to tell me that the wrong parts were ordered. ARE YOU KIDDING ME...WRONG PARTS ORDERED. Not once was I ever told what parts were ordered wrong and I still don't know what parts they need to complete the delivery. What disturbs me is that I called and gave my credit card on 25 April 2012 (so I assumed they would order the accessories then...but I guess I was wrong in assuming). So, it is now 6 May 2012 and I still don't have my vehicle and have heard nothing from anybody regarding its status when that is the one thing I did ask for. I have also received an email scheduling me for service in September during the week. Why would I have my vehicle serviced here when they cannot even order the correct accessories at the beginning of this whole situation? My confidence has not been restored. The dealership gave me a great price...but that is the only thing that has stood out! More
