Brought a vehicle in for service, ended up purchasing a new vehicle and trading in the one which needed service. Eric Rogers, who sold me the new vehicle was very professional as was the service attendant new vehicle and trading in the one which needed service. Chebalo is basically the reason I keep returning to Checkered Flag. Rogers was very good with his sales delivery, no high pressure nor BS, which is encountered on so many occasions when purchasing a vehicle. Rogers knew his product and was able to answer all questions presented. I wish all auto purchases could be this good, satisfying and enjoyable. This is without question, the best auto dealership I've delt with. More

We bought our 2012 Honda CR-V six days ago! We are pleased so far. I had researched the car and knew exactly what to buy and approximately at what price. I approached four local dealers through the w pleased so far. I had researched the car and knew exactly what to buy and approximately at what price. I approached four local dealers through the web ('get a price quote'). The sales people at the other dealers in the area I talked to were vague, would not give a total price in writing or on the phone. One of them said the he would beat any written quote I had by two hundred dollars. But he himself would not give me a written quote. Where I got written quotes, they were mostly MSRP prices. Virginia dealers seem to have "conspired" to charge their customers a "processing fee" of $ 499.00! They do not disclose in their initial quotes. Their initial quotes often exclude the 'destination fee'. These can easily add to over $ 2000. They seem to try to make their initial quotes as attractive as possible, to get you into their dealership. I did not face any of these tacticts at Checked Flag Honda. I first dealt with Shirley Camenzind of their internet team and thru email and phone calls was able to establish with the help of Shirley a total price which was agreeable. Shirley was knowledgeable, courteous and was one of the few car dealer personnel who actually quoted a firm price. Then only we visited the dealership just once to decide on the exterior and interior colors. Since they did not have the vehicle we wanted in stock, we made a deposit towards the purchase of the vehicle we wanted. In terms of the actual sale, I dealt initially briefly with Brandon and then mostly with the sales associate Benjamin Mung'Aithi. They were able to obtain the vehicle we wanted from another dealership within about two weeks. No extra charges for this! Benjamin was very polite, knowledgeable and humorous and helped me mostly with the paperwork. We had very little discussion, if any, at the dealership over the price!! I walked into the dealership just pondering the idea of getting a car. After looking at some Bo remembered the Honda si in the back and took me to it. Once I decided that it was what I wanted He did everything he could to help get me to the monthly payment I wanted. He even ran my credit score twice trying to get me the best offer. Once I purchased the car he called me a week later to make sure everything was going the way it was suppose to. Bo made buying a car something enjoyable rather then miserable. I would easily go back to him to buy another. More
