Brad was great to work with. He didn't pressure me like other salesmen at competing dealerships. The buying process was very efficient. Al Flores was very helpful. I went their memorial weekend, was the first to greet me and show me around. Wasnt too for sure about car buying so I wanted to wait for my parents to come down to Virgini weekend, was the first to greet me and show me around. I was very pleased he actually remembered working with me and he rememeber that I told him I was coming back with my parents. Talked with my parents as far as purchasing the vehical but my parents werent satified with the figures so we ended up leave. Al then went to talk to his General Manager to see what they can work out for me, the GM called me back in Al sat us down once again and worked with me and my parents are far the best pricing and how much we needed to put down and everything. I love him he was great walked me through everything, very patient, answered all my questions, my parents can be very stict and stern but he knew how to handle the situation so we all can leave happy and I left with my brand new 2012 honda civic. My next honda i will for sure purchase from him. More
