Vernon was a very good salesman. The dealer prep lacked a lot to be desired. They didn"t top off the fuel tank. After putting gas in the first time the car only got 17 mpg instead of 23 mpg. When buying my first car in 18 years, I settled on a Honda Civic. Bo Wang at Checkered Flag Honda seemed very knowledgeable about the Civic. I filled out a "quote request", onine, for the CR-V and received a call with in the hour. Then I set up a day to come see the car and test drive it. Mr. Bo Wang was my sales consultaant and had everything from the the test drive till when I traded in my previous car. He made the experience very friendly and didn't appear to be "fake" at all. I had previously been to two different car dealerships where one was smiling and laughing at stuff that wasn't supposed to be funny and had a very "fake" personality. The next dealership tried to make me pay $1,500 over the price off the internet and then when I showed them the price they changed it with even batting an eyelash. They also tried to give me a high percentage loan. So I walked away from there. My next stop was the Checkered Flag Honda where I did all my buisness and Mr. Bo Wang and he didn't try to swindle me at all. I wanted a buisness deal that was up front and didn't want a pressure to buy the car if I didn't want it. I recieved all that from Mr. Bo Wang. I highly recommend Mr. Bo Wang for his service, he took his time to explain everything, and I felt good about the decision in buying my new 2012 Honda CR-V from him. More

I Love the car and thought Vernon, our salesman was up front, honest, straight forward, charismatic and trustworthy. The length of time it took to purchase the vehicle was a bit long. 4 hours. Also although I was told the car was detailed, it was dirty inside & out. That was a disappointment. Crumbs everywhere, a sticky ring where someone had a drink. No armor all put on dash. Pollen covering the rear of vehicle. Actually was very upsetting. I was told it would be washed and waxed. I know it was not. A car does not get covered with pollen within one hour of being washed. Still, I would recommend this Honda Fit, Checkered Flag and Vernon. Thank you for your time. More

His straightforward and forthright manner inspires trust and assurance that you are being treated fairly and above board down to the smallest detail. Especially as a female customer in the showroom, I was very appreciative of his attitude and understanding of my situation. Never once did I feel I was being talked down to, even though I was a "rookie" at shopping for a car by myself. EVERYONE I have encountered at this dealership obviously understands the concept of customer service, a missing quality in many other places where I might spend my money.
