I purchased a new 2012 Honda Civic from Checkered Flag- Honda and I LOVE my vehicle. Everyone was there was very welcoming and helpful. Chad Frick answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and company. Chad Frick made me reconsider buying my vehicle from RK. GREAT JOB CHAD!!! Bo Wang, very nice guy help me with all the paperwork and making sure the payments were in my price range. Chad Frick and Bo Wang also returned the Sonic to RK Chevrolet with pride. Robert Chen, General Manager was also a nice guy; he helped me tremendously by making it all possible. Mark Joseph was very knowledgeable and very nice. He was willing to explain in detail, how everything works when buying a vehicle new or used. He also gave me advice to improve my credit score. When I left Checkered Flag I was excited about the purchase and still am. I felt that I was doing business with friends and not just people that wanted to sell me a car. I got a great deal on my car and I am very satisfied with everything and how I was treated. The employee that I was referred to had a family emergency so Paul Sudo assisted me. Paul made the entire transaction very smooth. He guided me to exactly what I was looking for without trying to push me into something more expensive. Paul clearly explained all of the safety features of the car (very important since my children will be riding in this vehicle). After a test-drive we got down to the business of financing & establishing the value of my trade-in. My trade-in appraised for exactly what my research suggested it should, no haggling required! Paul & Checkered Flag Honda have made the car-buying process stream-lined & smooth while maintaining a friendly atmosphere where you don't feel like a dollar sign. All said & done it took ~3 hours for my entire transaction, I felt this was amazing since it's taken an entire day or more at other dealerships. Thanks Paul!
