Initially, I came to Checkered Flag to buy an older car -- nothing earlier than a 2010 model. Ben showed me a few models in the category I had requested, but had also understood my needs enough to suggest the added value I would acquire by purchasing a 2012 model, with minimal increase on expense. Ben was very thorough regarding his technicial knowledge and features on any of the models in which I had inquired. He even showed me additional features on my Honda Ridgline, which after owning for last four years, I had not been aware of. He taught me how to bring my windows down and raise them using the key remote. He even took the time to show my wife how to use this feature until she understood it. This type of character trait -- the attention to the little things in people's lives -- is what distinguishes Ben from the ranks. Lastly, after assisting us in record time with the purchase of our 2012 Honda Accord Special Addition, Ben also made sure that our insurance company properly handled the transition of adding our new vehicle to our policy. Ben stayed on the phone with our insurance representative until he had confirmed that the VIN number and other details were correctly conveyed.
