I bought my car on the last day of the month, which can be a pushy time for car salesmen trying to meet their quota. I came to Checkered Flag Honda to purchase a used Honda Pilot. I found one on line and knew pretty much which one I was going to purchase. Bo was excellent in showing me the vehicle I was interested in, Pilot. I found one on line and knew pretty much which one I was going to purchase. Bo was excellent in showing me the vehicle I was interested in, but also a brand new Cr-V since I could not make up my mind. After test driving the Honda Pilot and the Honda Cr-V, I finally settled on the Pilot. I completed the sale on a Wednesday and came back the following Saturday to get the vehicle. Once I took possession of the vehicle I discovered that the vehicle had not even been cleaned from the previous owners. There were sticky stains on the console and even stains on the header. It appeared no one even bothered to do a cursory wipe. I also discovered that one of the keys does not even work for the remote unlocking feature. I thought the salesman was great and would recommend him, but I think next time, I will be more assertive on the standard I expect for purchasing a vehicle from Checkered Flag. More
