This dealship was the best in the Tidewater area!!!!! I looked at cars for several months all over Virginia, after my mustang was totaled. I had an excellent experience at Checkered Flag Honda. Checkered Flag's website was top notch; it listed all the vehicles on the lot and full descriptions for each. My wife and I knew the model we wanted Checkered Flag's website was top notch; it listed all the vehicles on the lot and full descriptions for each. My wife and I knew the model we wanted to purchase and fully intended to visit three or more dealerships to find the right price. That wasn't necessary because Bo Wang at Checkered Flag did such an amazing job helping us. Even though it was late and cold on the first day we showed up, he answered all our questions, wasn't pushy, and drove three vehicles into the maintenance bay for us to look at while we wrangled our 2-year-old and stayed warm inside. When we couldn't decide on a color, he let us take the one we thought we wanted overnight on a 24-hour test drive. Sure enough, we decided that was the exact one we wanted. I made an offer the next day and--even though it was lower than what most people were paying for the vehicle--Bo talked with the manager and the offer was approved in 5-10 minutes. It was Saturday, so the dealership was really busy and I had to wait 40 minutes to finish up with the finance department ... but that was okay because I had a chance to get my own paperwork in order and take advantage of the showroom's free gourmet coffee and tea. Overall a great car buying experience. More
