He was always kind, patient, and considerate. He made sure that I was comfortable as a customer as far as price and the specifics of what I was looking for in a vehicle. One of the things that I appreciated was the fact that Ben never attempted to deviate from what I wanted. He really worked hard to find a car that fit my needs financially, as well as the demands of mileage and style. Mike, who is the General Manager, made sure that I received an optimal warranty package for my car as well as the lowest interest for my vehicle. Way to go Checkered Flag! I needed a Toyota, a vehicle that has the one of the best reputations for longevity and because of you.....I'm riding with a total package! The pricing of the vehicles are the best that are out there and can't be beat hands down, they will work with customers to get them what they want, may it be new or used. The service department is very knowledgeable with all the vehicles that come into their shop and they (Honda) does not overcharge like some other folks do to their customers. You as a customer know when you leave the dealership that your car and questions about your vehicle were handled professionally. Vernon, has become an extension of my own family and as I told him before "when I do move out of the Hampton Roads area and need to purchase another Honda I will be coming to see him". I recently visited Checkered Flag to trade in my Ford Explorer. I haven't had many good experiences with car dealerships so I was already on edge walking through the door! When I entered the dealership I was greeted by Mr. Anderson who immediately welcomed me, I wanted a Honda Accord Sport in gray only and of course I didn't want to over pay for it. Mr. Anderson let me know that it wouldn't be a problem getting me what I wanted, even though they didn't have the color I wanted in stock. Long story short Mr. Joseph took great care of me with my financing, found me a lower rate then the one I already was pre approved for, stating " no worries" he knew EXACTLY what he was talking about. I will definitely purchase another car from them and will refer family and friends to them! I'm loving my new Accord! Thanks to everyone! More

Stopped by dealership on a 'whim' to question trading 2012 Accord for 2013 CR-V. Al is one of the most personable and sincerely appreciative car salesmen I have ever dealt with. He listened to what I said, asked questions and helped me find the car of my choice. Once the deal was made, Al thoroughly explained and demonstrated all of the features of my new car. He followed up the next day with a phone call. His genuine concern for me, the customer, shows that he really cares and it is quite evident that he loves his job and the product he sells. My salesman Eric Rogers is the most considerate and professional salesman I ever ever met. The experience from in the door to out the door was very efficient and fast. When I advised Eric that I had to sell my car to Carmax, he said that they could provide me with transportation if needed. They offered to look at my vehicle and actually had given me more then Carmax which saved me time and money.
