Don't go here for service! I put my car in to the shop at 9am because I had an appointment... How is it that I can make an appointment and it not even go into the shop until 2:3 I put my car in to the shop at 9am because I had an appointment... How is it that I can make an appointment and it not even go into the shop until 2:30pm? I understand if they are backed-up and it takes like an hour to get in the shop but not 5 and a half hours later! What's more upsetting is that I asked for a loaner vehicle for the day and they told me I couldn't have one because I didn't need one since it wouldn't take that long for the things that needed to get done to my car. Well, here I am stuck at home when I need to go do things but I can't because I couldn't have a loaner. This is B/S. More
