We were immediately greeted by Larry Brown and he actively listened to what we were interested in and wasted no time in showing us the Civic. He answered all of our questions, quickly had us set up for a test drive, demonstrated the sensoring features available on the Civic and then took us to Checkered Flag Toyota and Hyundai to see and test drive the Corolla and the Elantra. Larry genuinely cared about helping us find the car that was the best fit for us. In one afternoon we were able to see and drive the three cars we were interested in. Larry was knowledgeable on all three and, if he had any doubt in answering a question, he verified the information and provided a solid response. Our goal when stepping on the lot was to see and drive a Civic. Because of Larry's proactiveness, we not only experienced the Civic, but the two other vehicles of interest. Larry is professional, genuine, and the epitome of customer service. Once we decided on the Civic, he stayed late working with us to make the purchase. Checkered Flag's no hassle purchasing policy made the process smooth, streamlined and stress free. DJ in the finance department was a pleasure to work with. His knowledge and skill expedited the purchase and his focus on the customer was also readily apparent and appreciated. Checkered Flag Honda has an exemplary staff. Everyone we came in contact with was eager to assist and meet and exceed our needs. We subsequently returned to purchase floor mats and wheel locks and had a similar, pleasurable experience in the parts department. This week we had an appointment to have the exterior and interior preservation package applied. Upon arriving at the dealership, Larry already had a loaner car waiting for me at the door and took my car over for service. The preservation work took longer than anticipated, but was done superbly and Larry once again was available and made the process seamless. I would highly recommend, Checkered Flag to family and friends. It was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had and the follow up with parts and service was also stress free and yielded favorable results. He got back with me quickly and sent me an out the door price that fit my budget. As promised, Larry contacted me every time he knew something about the car's arrival time. After a 2-1/2 hour drive to Checkered Flag, I picked the car up on November 25th. Larry had it parked in the showroom to keep it clean and had attached some balloons to it which made it a fun way to see my new car. He was very happy to show me how everything worked on the car and never seemed bothered by all of my questions. Many thanks to Larry Brown and Checkered Flag Honda for getting me this great car.
