It was simply, easy, and fast with a professional concierge to answer every and all questions you may have during the process. I had been shopping for a 2017 Sandstorm metallic Honda CRV EX AWD for over two weeks, not getting any real fair market value numbers (KBB, Edmunds, TruCar) from most of the local dealers. It seems most of local dealership add a $2000 Adjusted Market value to each cars MSRP) . I even tried the Navy Federal Buyers Program with the same lack of results and approach. This all changed 5/25/2017 the weekend were all Auto dealerships put on their game faces to sell vehicles, all but one Checkered Flag Honda, their regular day prices beat the brakes off competitions Memorial Day sales without the hassles. I received a detailed purchase order with every cost for an Out the door price for 2017 Sandstorm Metallic CRV Touring and accessories within two minutes of contact on Friday without stepping foot in the dealership, then completed the deal today by 1300, with plenty of daylight to enjoy our Memorial Day weekend ceremony and BBQ. (Note we were initially looking for 21017 CRV EXL- AWD, but the price for 2017 CRV Touring FWD loaded was just too great to pass) Michael Evans (hmichael.evans@checkeredflag.com) our Checkered Flagg Vehicle Concierge, who guided me through some of final nuisances and answered all of my questions on the “Buy Your Car Online” with professionalism and great vehicle acumen. Michael, then went the extra mile to ensure we had a basic review and understanding of the new vehicle by taking us on a step by step detailed journey on each of the vehicles features. He also walked us through the setting up the our Cell phones, favorite radio stations, our home link for the garage door opener; In addition, he gave us his personal number to call if we have question or problems with this new technology. If Michal did not know the answer he quickly found someone without hesitation. Michael great spirit and approach to vehicles sales is beyond reproach.
