The "NO HAGGLE ZONE" means just that the price is what it is and everyone is well versed even when they know it should be better. Things worked out I'm driving a decent used ride for my budget but there could have been some issues handled better by management. We were especially pleased with the competitive "no haggle" pricing and fairly priced trade-in allowance. Having purchased dozens of cars over the years, we can honestly say that our CF purchase experience was the only one that could be rated excellent - and that experience was primarily a result of the extraordinary service provided by Larry Brown. Larry is more interested in having a happy customer than selling a car (of course, he sells a lot of cars because of that attitude). We originally met Larry at the CF Honda dealership two years ago while we were looking - but postponed buying at the time. Based on our previous non buying experience with Larry, when the time came to buy a few weeks ago we returned and insisted on having Larry work with us. After looking at Hondas (very good car) we actually ended up purchasing a Toyota. Larry was able to seamlessly function as our sales rep at CF Toyota as effectively as he did at the CF Honda dealership.
