I owned three cars successively 1998, 1012, 2017 from Checkered Flag Honda Dealer because you have honest auto service (don't make false claims to make money) like other mechanics do. My wife owns Honda Civic she bought it from this dealer too. Honesty makes more business than gimmicks. Never cheating customers, people will come to you more and more. When I was in Richmond, I checked out a Honda dealership where she was still with me via text. With everything that they offered me, Mary countered it with something better from Checkered Flag. Needless to say, my parents and I left the dealership and drove 2 hours to visit Mary. Even before visiting, I stopped by another dealership and wanted to visit another, but nothing could beat what Checkered Flag could offer. When I got there, I felt so welcomed. Everyone was super friendly, and it was a very stress-free environment. But there was something that Mary kept telling me. She would say, "I am a friend before I am a dealer."
