Awesome sales and service team! I'm a "Honda fan" and a 3rd time buyer using this dealership. Mary was very helpful with showing us the models we test drove. I would have given 5stars if not for an unresolved problem. The dealer tried to fix a water leak on my 2017 Pilot but there is still moisture in the floor of the vehicle. The floor was soggy and they said they found the leak but apparently this brand new vehicle is still wet on the floor when it rains! American Honda was no help. I was assigned to a customer service rep handling the case. Every time I spoke to him he seemed annoyed and spoke in a frustrated tone. I bought a brand new vehicle so I should not be made to feel like I'm bothering anyone! I'm very disappointed in this whole process. I'm sure this will be sorted out one way or another. Prior to this Checkered Flag Honda was always service oriented and made me feel like a valued customer. More
