My husband and I met Mr. Brown on site Let me tell you about the PHE-NO-ME-NAL customer experience I had with Mr. Larry Brown at Checkered Flag Honda! My husband and I met Mr. Brown on site at his dealership. He took ownership and showed us a Kia Soul that we were assessing for our 16 year old daughter. Naturally, I had been researching Kia's all day online. The "Soul' at his dealership was a little bit more than we wanted to pay so this rockstar salesman drove with us to his "sister" dealership to evaluate another Kia that was available! This Kia Soul ended up being similar to another vehicle we were evaluating at another dealership. The competing dealer had a vehicle that was certified preowned! After extensive evaluation we informed Larry that we'd be leaning toward purchasing the certified preowned vehicle at the competing dealer! Instead of putting on the standard aggressive sales technique he helped us assess both vehicles. He did everything to sell his company's vehicle but at the end he agreed that the CPO was the better value! People want to know that salespeople have their interest in mind and for that reason I'd reach out to Larry to purchase a car in the future. He focused on salesmanship but more importantly he focused on cultivating a business relationship with us for the long haul! At the end of the day I trusted this guy and look forward to working with him down the road! More

He turned around and said to her "If you really love that car, I can get a brand new one with no miles no previous owners, in the exact color and interior that you want."
